Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription plans

WhyTheyRank offers monthly paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) on top of the free tier. Each plan renews monthly and grants a fixed number of comparisons per calendar month; unused checks do not roll over to the next month.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access to your current plan's checks until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then your account reverts to the Free plan.

Refunds

Because each plan grants immediate access to additional monthly checks, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error, or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the tool, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it case by case.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email support@whytheyrank.com from your registered Gmail address with your account email and the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
